Tinubu names Ribadu, Alake, six others special advisers

President Bola Tinubu has designated eight people as special advisors on Thursday, a statement from the State House said.

The statement issued by State House Director of Information, Abiodun Oladunjoye, named Dele Alake as Special Adviser on Special Duties, Communications, and Strategy.

The President also appointed Yau Darazo as Special Adviser on Political and Intergovernmental Affairs.

Former Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC), Nuhu Ribadu was appointed as his Special Adviser on Security and Wale Edun as his Special Adviser on Monetary Policies.

Olu Verheijen was named Special Adviser on Energy, while Zachaeus Adedeji was named Special Adviser on Revenue.

Others include Salma Anas (Special Adviser, Health) and John Uwajumogu (Special Adviser, Industry, Trade and Investment).

The appointments are effective immediately, according to the announcement.
