PHOTO NEWS: Glitz and glamour at LaPRIGA 2020

It was a night of glitz and glamour at the fifth edition of the Lagos PR Industry Gala and Awards (now popularly called the LaPRIGA Awards) hosted by the Lagos Chapter of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relation (NIPR) on Saturday.

The awards which recognised and rewarded excellence in PR practice in the course of the year 2020 had many corporate organisations and individuals emerging winners in different categories.

In recognition of the 60^th anniversary of the Nigerian independence, this year’s edition was designed to celebrate the rich cultural heritage of the country as many of the dignitaries and invited guest turned up in gorgeous attires to showcase and celebrate Nigeria.

This was also demonstrated in the local cuisine served at the event.

LaPRIGA Awards had about 35 awardees and honourees from public relations consultancies, corporate organisations, clients, stakeholders and the media.

The winners emerged from a tenacious effort of a 3-man selection panel and voting by the members of the Chapter.
