Nigeria’s Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has issued a public alert, declaring Bolaji Henry Akinduro, the executive chairman of Total Grace Oil and Gas Investment Limited, wanted for alleged fraud.

The EFCC accuses Akinduro, 51, of obtaining money under false pretences and engaging in theft by conversion.

Akinduro, an indigene of Ondo State, is suspected to be on the run, and his last known address was listed as 272 Patience Coker Street, Ajose Adeogun, Victoria Island, Lagos.

In a statement released by the EFCC, the anti-graft agency urged the public to provide any information regarding his whereabouts.

The EFCC further advised Akinduro to surrender himself at any of its regional offices across Nigeria, including locations in Lagos, Abuja, and several other major cities.

The public can also reach the agency via its hotline or email for tips on Akinduro’s location.

This development adds to a growing list of high-profile individuals sought by the EFCC in its crackdown on financial crimes in Nigeria.
