The voting process for this year’s awards commenced on March 15, 2024, coinciding with Consumer Rights Day, emphasizing the significance of consumer empowerment.

The visionary Founder and CEO of BrandXchange, Akonte Ekine announced the opening of the website, inviting consumers nationwide to participate actively in recognizing brands that resonate with their values and needs.

In a keynote address during the unveiling of the Consumers Value Awards website, Akonte Ekine highlighted the platform’s readiness to accommodate consumer expression amidst evolving market dynamics.

Brands are meticulously categorized by industry, with a novel addition of the “Most Consumer-Friendly Brand” category, driven by consumer nominations.
