Banks and experts to discuss ways to enhance customer service at 3rd ACAMB conference

The Association of Corporate Affairs Managers of Banks (ACAMB) is set to host its third National Stakeholders’ Conference with a focus on improving customer service within the banking and financial services industry.

Themed “Building Bridges: Collaborative Solutions for a Trusted Banking and Financial Services Experience,” the conference will take place on Thursday, May 30, 2024 in Lagos.

This year’s event will bring together top-tier speakers and subject matter experts to discuss and explore end-to-end customer service issues facing banks and financial institutions.

The aim is to foster significant dialogue and collaboration within the financial sector, transcending competitive barriers to enhance the overall customer experience in Nigeria.

ACAMB, as the umbrella organization for Corporate and Marketing Communication Professionals in Deposit Money Banks (DMBs) across Nigeria, is committed to advancing the interests of its members, the banking community, financial services customers, and the Nigerian public.

Experts will share insights on building a trusted and seamless banking experience through collaboration. Hon. Justice B.B. Kanyip, Ph.D., President of the Industrial Court of Nigeria, Abuja, will be the Special Guest of Honour.

ACAMB President Rasheed Bolarinwa underscores the conference’s importance in the current financial environment. “Our goal is to create an environment where stakeholders can share knowledge, address common challenges, and work towards a unified vision of trust and excellence in banking services. By building bridges and fostering collaboration, we believe we can significantly enhance the customer experience and drive growth in the sector,” Bolarinwa stated.

Participants will have the opportunity to explore innovative solutions and strategies to address present and future challenges in the financial sector.

The conference will also provide a platform for networking with peers, industry stakeholders, and key decision-makers, fostering relationships that can lead to meaningful collaborations and partnerships.
